About Me
Johnny Fiacconi is a drummer, band leader, and music business content creator with over 15 years of professional experience. As a founding member of The Dreamboats, he has toured internationally, bringing high-energy 1950s and 60s rock ‘n’ roll to audiences across North America and Europe. The band’s sharp look, high energy performances, and dedication to authenticity have earned multiple music awards and spots on major festival and theater stages.Johnny plays a key role in The Dreamboats’ direction, back end management, and branding, working alongside the band’s team to keep their profile growing year after year. He also shares his insights on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, where his content on the music business, performance, and band growth has reached hundreds of thousands of musicians worldwide.Academically, Johnny holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and an Honours Diploma in Entertainment Business Management from Metalworks Institute in Mississauga, Canada. His unique blend of on-stage experience and business knowledge has made him a trusted voice for musicians looking to take their careers to the next level.

As the drummer for The Dreamboats, he tours internationally, performing the music of the 1950s and 60s for audiences across North America and Europe. Since 2018, he has been proudly endorsed by Los Cabos Drumsticks, a recognition of his skill, professionalism, and dedication to the craft.In addition to his work with The Dreamboats, Johnny spent six years touring with the acclaimed Canadian rock band White Cowbell Oklahoma, playing major festivals, theaters, and clubs across Europe and Canada.
